What’s New in This Update

Choose What to Import
Bring across settings from a team member’s device or an office setup — and now pick only what you need: App settings, Email settings, Inspection Areas, Property Profiles, Quick Check Labels, or Shorthand Words. Tap a device to merge or restore everything as before, or press and hold (or tap “Choose What to Import”) to select individual settings. You’ll see exactly what’s included before anything imports, and your existing inspections stay untouched.

A Clearer iPad Split View
The inspection you’re viewing now stands out in the list — its row stays highlighted and the address appears bolder. The property title at the top of the detail screen is easier to spot, too.

Custom Email Subjects
Outgoing inspection emails can now use your own subject lines, so they match the way your agency already writes to owners and tenants.

Easier Property Profiles
Building a Property Profile is now simpler to follow. Inspection Areas are split into “Included” and “Not Included” groups, each with a running count, so you can see at a glance what’s in your profile. The Not Included list tucks away to keep things tidy, and a brand-new profile starts with a friendly prompt to add your first area.

Liquid Glass Refinements
A handful of small but meaningful fixes across the iOS 26 refresh: the Add (+) button stays put on the Inspections list on iPhone, Other Details fields scroll clear of the keyboard, Sync rows once again show the full report type, date, inspector, and status, and cover photos update correctly after a sync or when your cover settings change.

Property Tree Ingoing Notes
Outgoing and exit inspections imported from Property Tree now carry over area notes from the previous ingoing on your device, rather than repeating your most recent routine inspection.

* Every screen now uses Apple’s Liquid Glass design, so PIM looks and feels like the rest of your iOS apps. Floating toolbars and a tab bar get out of the way as you scroll, each screen has one clear title with the property address always in view, and the sign-in and start-up screens have been refreshed.
* Colours are clearer and tap targets are larger throughout.
* On an earlier iOS version, everything is still right where you left it.

Property Tree Ingoing Notes
* Exit inspections imported from Property Tree now pick up area notes from the previous ingoing inspection on the device, instead of repeating the most recent routine inspection.

Now Requires iOS 16 or Later
* The latest PIM needs iOS 16 or later so the app keeps feeling at home on a current iPhone or iPad. If your device is on an older iOS, it simply stays on the last version of PIM that supports it and nothing is lost. When you’re ready, update iOS and this release will be waiting for you.
